Reedy High School Seniors Save Stuck Photographer
Reedy High School Senior Ashlee Hoxsey came to us like a ray of sunshine! This senior is energetic, hilarious, and not to mention STUNNING! We started our journey in Downtown Frisco. This location is so much fun for us! Downtown Frisco offers so many unique looks from the wide variety
Best of Dallas: Deep Ellum
Deep Ellum is essential in our Best of Dallas tour! After being established in 1873, the area was originally called Deep Elm, but the pronunciation “Deep Ellum” by early residents led to its current name. Deep Ellum is known not only for the great music and art, but also the beautiful murals scattered up and down the streets! Model reps Carli and Landri accompanied us on this evening adventure, rocking leather leggings and flowy shirts to set off the stunning backdrop of Deep Ellum’s artsy atmosphere.
There's Nothing Strange About This Fan of Stranger Things
When Hannah walked into our studio with an arm full of her personal sketchbooks, we knew we were about to have a super fun photoshoot! This talented artist just graduated from Fairhill High School, and there is no mistaking the passion she has put into her work! While she was settling in, we were able to look through a few of Hannah’s awesome drawings before we jumped into our studio to start off her seniority session – and let us tell you, we wish we had half the talent Hannah does!
Roses Are Red and Violet is Alana's Hair Color
Alana is a diamond in the rough and an amazing Top Model! Instead of one regular session, she wanted three mini sessions spread out through the year. We LOVED this idea, especially because Alana’s hair is ever changing.
Our first session was in Deep Ellum, which is perfect fit for Alana’s bright personality! We took full advantage of all the amazing murals in the area and had a few run ins with the locals for a full experience!
Our second session was at Arbor Hills in Plano...
A Disney Princess in Leathers and Kendra Scott
For Frisco seniors in 2017 staying up with fashion can be a chore. Altr’d State, Urban Outfitters, and Forever 21 change on a daily basis, but one thing that has stayed constant is the constant love that our seniors (and our team) have for the sparkly jewelry from Kendra Scott!
John Paull II High School senior, Addie Burlage, is no different when it comes to Kendra, but she definitely wowed our team with her awesome fashion sense – even when she walked out in a ball gown worthy of a Disney Princess.
Even though these Texas seniors love to stay up with the times whether it’s with the new Snapchat filters or the latest Youtube challenge, they honor our traditions with vigor and pride. Cotillion is a
How to Slay Your Senior Session
For most of us born before the 21st century, keeping up with the newer terminology of our current 2017 seniors and the other ‘young people’ of our society can be rather challenging. But it wasn’t hard for our team to learn what the word ‘slay’ means to our current seniors when Prosper High School senior Sydni Moss walked into our studio last October!
To 'slay' does not
A Senior Who's Smile is Brighter Than the Sun
Meeting Creekview High School senior Laura Doocy is what convinced our team that we needed her to be a part of our 2017 senior model rep team. Smart, stunning, and talented, Laura is also super sweet and funny to boot!
We met Laura at The Style House after one our hair and makeup team members was finished polishing off her look for her 2017 senior photos. Bright blue eyes and Laura's brilliant smile told our team that we were going to head out to Arbor Hills Nature Preserve to start
Smart, Sassy, and Stunning Senior Pictures
You know it’s going to be a good shoot when your model walks in with her fashionable outfits pre-planned, jewelry hanging neatly from the hangers, and shoes that match each ensemble to perfection.
This isn’t senior model rep, Melissa Castillo’s, first shoot with us though. As part of our program, Melissa has been in at least three other sessions, including our slumber party session as well as our vintage ice cream parlor session earlier this year! We’ve also had a blast at her best friend session with her brother Damien
Senior Shows Her Nerdy Side to Photographer
To say that our team is made up of a bunch of Star Wars fanatics, fantasy novel readers, and foodies is an understatement. So when Jadzia approached us and asked if we could not only include her light saber in her senior pictures, but go to her favorite pizza place and let her cosplay as a Audrey Hepburn – we absolutely said yes!
Jadzia met us after school one day to get her hair and makeup done by one of our amazing hair and makeup artists – a perk of being a senior model rep for 2017! We joked about her sister, Chabeli, who was also...
To Be or Not To Be Isn't A Question on This Senior's Mind
For a senior in our day in age, figuring out what you want to do with your life is the biggest and hardest question to answer around. But when we asked the lovely Gillian, a senior at Plano West Sr. High School, what she wanted to study in school, it took less than a millisecond for her to tell us about her goals for Broadway.
While she was getting her hair and makeup done by one of our hair and makeup artists, Gillian told us about the many different parts she had held over the years under the stage lights both at school and in professional companies.
How To Rock a Leather Skirt This Winter Season
Our team stood in a shocked silence. It was happening again, and there was nothing they could do about it. Macy was on the verge of tears while Tyler let out a nervous chuckle. All they could think about was the catastrophe that happened during Makenna Kinnamon’s first DFW senior shoot when they headed to Denton, Texas only to find a rock festival taking place, and it seemed that it was happening all over again to another senior model rep, Taylor Hernandez...
A Quick Senior Portrait Studio Session with Sam
Sam and his mother dropped by for a quick basic session. To say Sam was reluctant to have his senior portraits made would be an understatement but mom was determined and so were we. We ended up having a good time and we were able to get Sam to loosen up and enjoy the process. His portraits turned out great and you can really see his personality in a few of them...
A Spring Break Session with Alex Schenck!
Alex was home from school in Minnesota over spring break and her mom thought it would be a good time to have her senior portraits taken. I must say, Alex was one of the easiest seniors we have ever had the pleasure of photographing. She would literally giggle on command. It was almost as if her natural state of being was giggling and she had to try to stop for the rest of the pictures...
Wakeland Homecoming vs Heritage High School Football at FC Dallas Stadium
Here is bit of the action from the 2012 Wakeland Homecoming game against Heritage High School at FC Dallas Stadium. You can see all of the images here.
We had a great time at the game. I'm not going to say it was a close one, but it was still very entertaining. I really enjoyed the part when the cheerleaders from Wakeland came over to show their appreciation to Heritage. It was a lot of fun, and so many of these kids know each other from before...
Heritage High School Senior Portraits with Skyler at Adriatica in McKinney
Making Skyler's senior portraits was an absolute blast. We had a fantastic start to her in studio shoot, where we were able to capture some incredible images of this lovely Heritage High School senior cheerleader. Skyler was fearless, and the closet full of clothes that her and her mom brought seemed endless. As Stacia was working through the initial image selection, I actually heard her comment under her breath, "does this girl take a bad picture"? That really cracked me up, but man, it is so true. Skyler is...
Need senior picture ideas? Be like Megan, bring your guitar!
Megan comes to us from Plano East High School where she's involved in Orchestra and loves to play guitar. She was a little shy at first, and I imagined she was asking herself, "how do I open up for my senior portraits". I had a ton of good ideas for senior portraits, but they all hinged on Megan having fun. Being the goofball that I am...
